We ship all SUPcycle orders across India directly from our production studio in Faridabad, Haryana. Our standard shipping window is 5–7 business days, with express options available at checkout for select pin codes.

• Standard Domestic: 5–7 business days — free for orders above ₹999
• Express Domestic: 2–3 business days — ₹79 flat fee
• Same-Day (Select Cities): Available in Delhi NCR for orders placed before 11 AM
• International Shipping: Currently available to the US, UK, UAE, and Canada — 10–14 business days

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Our logistics partners include India Post, Delhivery, and for express orders, BlueDart.

• Inserts: Seed paper impact card (plant it after reading!)

Because every SUPcycle product is handcrafted and upcycled, natural variation in colour, texture, and pattern is expected and celebrated — not a defect. However, we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship and offer the following return policy:

• Manufacturing Defect: Full replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery
• Wrong Item Received: Exchange dispatched within 2 business days at no cost
• Damaged in Transit: Photographic evidence required within 48 hours of delivery
• Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 7 days if product is unused and in original packaging
